In December 2024 I got to know I have the right bundle branch block. I had dizziness, difficulty in breathing and chest pain. Now also I have difficulty in breathing and sometimes chest pain.

Going for left shoulder dislocation surgery. In PAC ,suspected high BP.(160/98). Suggest for cardiologist, 2days later. Cardiologist visit(181/108). Suggest for home monitoring (6am/6pm). Day1, evening -146/98. Suggested metolar XL 25 ,1 after dinner . Day 2,(morning/evening)-131/84,129/85. Re-cardiologist visit:- 9th , date of admission:-10,date of operation:- 13. Chances of getting PAC clearance? How to increase chances.

I am Rohit age 25 done with ecg pls let me know is there any problem as I don't have any chest pain but having left side arm pain that is radiating to back which on walking reduce and having pain when lie down and on movement increases.

I have been facing a low BP issue lately (3 to 4 days). The reason I checked my BP was I felt dizziness when I would stand up from a rest position and a slight pain in my head with my head feeling warm although there is no fever as confirmed by me. Average BP for me is constantly at 105/60. 1 out of 4 times when I check, it was showing as 105/54. What could be the reason? This is the 1st time I have experienced it. It all started on this Monday when I kept a gap of 16 hours between dinner at 6pm and breakfast at 10 am the next day. All my tests are fine including sugar.

My husband 35yrs old took ecg for just his company asked for insurance.. in that ecg incomplete right bundle branch.. and low voltage precordial leads .. is this a serious problem..? How to over come this.. he is 177cm and his weight is 74kg.. he will do weight lifting for weekly 4 days and go walking daily.. he will eat only 2 times a day..

Did a regular health checkup .It shows high range of cholesterol, pre diabetic levels and high uric acid . What treatment need to take and which specialist need to contact?

Last night suddenly I felt dizzy and my heart was beating too fast with chest tightness and i felt like i was losing control of my body .. went to the emergency room they did an ecg. It showed Sinus Rhythm and Poor R Wave Progression (V3,V4). I did an ecg one months back due to chest pain but that was normal. What can be the probable cause?

When I go to doctor my BP comes 140/90. So, I told him that it remains so always. Then he told me that may be your bottom line is so, because after taking this medicine also it is so. I take VASOTEL TRIO on his prescription only. I want to ask that is this so ? Can anyone 's bottom line BP be so. But I remember before years it used to remain 120/80 then 130/80. I take this medicine at night. What is the best time to take BP medicine? This medicine consists of three compositions Telmisartan 40, cilnidipine 10 and metroprolol succinate 50. Please reply
