Heart Problems & Remedies

It has been 10 months of my angioplasty. I am in a very healthy life style. Eating healthy and walks around 6km daily. I generally gets chest pain for few seconds while walk or doing office work in these 10 months. But my doctor said it is not cardiac pain. But 2 days back I got severe pain and pain got relieved after taking sorbitrate. Based on the few questions doctor asked, he said it is very unlikely of a cardiac issue. My smartwatch ecg also detected nothing at that time[watch is good as first time it detected the issue 10 months back] Now he said if I get again this pain get ECG and CT-angio done. Now 2days I did not get that pain but I am feeling fatigued and my chest feels heavy also feeling anxious. What should I do? Should I do everything before I take few days rest. I am already in met xl, axcer 90, nikoran and ecosprin av 75/40.

Kindly assist, this report is normal? Or I'm in risk? Or need to take medicines, here is the report. I have been having pain on the left side near heart since last 1.5 year. This pain is intermittent but happens almost everyday. Got done X-Ray, CT angiography,TMT all tests- all are fine. Have 112 LDL and have been having high HS-CRP and CRP HS-CRP(8). Not able to understand the issue- is it related to heart ? Can it be Costocondritis?

I have gone for the ECG test, just to make sure that my ecg is fine. There is nothing to worry about. Thanks

Is Amlodipine /CCBs are not given in people with Aortic dilatation. I am taking Amlodipine+Bisoprolol combination . Ascending Aorta is 4.9 cms one year back. Concor AM 5 was given by cardiologist after Echo test one year back. While visiting a physician for bp check told me to take a second opinion regarding current medication. Seeking your valuable suggestion/advice.

Sir, My heart function is 20-25% after a Heart attack in March 2018. and a stent was planted. I am Gujarati Male Age 72 in Mumbai. Till date, I was on - Cardace 2.5 - Prolomet XL 12.5 - Ecospirin-AV 75. and was feeling ok. Last month, same cardologist who planted stent, changed my medicine as follows : -  PROLOMET XL 12.5 -  UDAPA 10mg -  VYMADA 50mg -  EPTUS 25mg -  ECOSPIRIN AV 75/10 After that, I am feeling uneasy and weak. My cholesterol level is 133, and triglycerides is 233, is this a danger sign? It is necessary to take medicines?

Hi recently got blood work done where in i had 279 triglycerides, Lip(a) was 76 and Apo(a1)(b)too was 118 and 96 respectively, should I see a cardiologist for these issues, or lifestyle changes will help? I am 27 year old female
