Cholesterol - 247 LDL - 189 Triglycerides- 184 HDL - 40 ECG report attached. Please review and advise about the condition

My echo tmt ecg bp are normal, just my ldl is 159 which is high but it was 118 till last year I gained a bit of weight. I am doing lifestyle changes now. How quickly can I get a heart/brain related issue. I am trying to reduce my cholestrol to normal. Rest my blood report is fine. But what do do if news like this gives me anxity i am 27 and 6'1 82 kg

I did ECG which is stated as normal by at least 6 doctor.but reading in ecg is different.should i trust with doctor or reading? In Google meaning of reading is different.but to clarify a I did ECG again which showed normal ECG in ECG report even I did echo which found normal by cardiologist.i did atleast 4 ECG which states normal but my mind struck in one that ECG which is different but doctor said it is normal.kindly help me

I am a marfan syndrome l Patient. Mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome.. Dr said me to continue all day to day activities and my heart functioning is normal also i don't need to take any medicines or treatments for this.. I know that since this is a genetic disorder my there is a chance of 25% that my child will also inherit this... My husband also had heart disease when he was a a kid. He had vulva issue and a hole. Later it is operated and he is fine and healthy for this 15 years and no treatments or medicines for him too... Is there an increased chance of our child having heart issue because of the inheritance from both father and mother

Whenever I sleep my hands feel numb and tingling. Also, a burning sensation in the chest. Sometimes the shortness of breathing as well. Also sometimes numbness in the jaw and left side skull. When I sit straight I feel like burps are coming. Is this a sign of heart blockages? Or gas issue? But on a daily basis I can run and walk easily with no issues. Hello doctor I have one concern. In my ecg my PR interval comes slightly lesser that is 108ms. My 2 D echo is normal l. Heart beat is normal Since last one month I am suffering from anxiety issues. I feel like my heart is beating outside my chest. It makes me more anxious although pulse rate is normal. Please tell is slightly lesser pr interval is normal.

Sharp pain in chest remain only few seconds after every 30 to 40 minutes last five hours what would be ur suggestion
