Put stent after diagnosed with heart stroke inserted one stent after angiogram and on diet without oil

My father has High BP and low sodium.  Can bp medicine trinexovas 40 cause low sodium? What about eritel ch 40 and amlosafe AT.

Diagnosed with microvascular angina. On ranolazine 500 mg bd,with rosuvastatin and metoprolol. Now as ranolazine not reducing angina  totally ,  doctor wants me to take trimetazidine 35 mg bd with ranolazine. Is it safe to take both together ?
