Hi I have recently got my full body checkup done. My triglycerides levels are high - 214.19mg/dl. What needs to be done here. Do I require medications or can be managed with lifestyle changes. Thanks Mohit

I have panic disorder problem and took course of medicine paroxitine in the past. Sometimes, I still get panic/anxiety attacks and I got an anxiety attack 2 days ago, my heart was beating fast than normal around 105 but I noticed some arrhythmias while checking pulse around palm while having anxiety attack for 5 minutes. I felt some of the pulse were long or slow between normal pulse. After that I got normal till now and my pulse is normal. Question is: can panic attack/anxiety cause arrhythmia not tachycardia..? Or is it any cardiac issue..? I did ECG one day before and it was normal

Triglycerides is 270 VLDL is 54 Non HDL Cholesterol is 150. Is this critical and only can be covered with medicine or with other excercises

Since 3 years rosuvas 10 mg  taking and thyronorm 50mcg. But 3 months back stoped  thyronorm. 50mcg. And rosuvastatin 10mg after panchakarma as ayurvedic Dr. Adviced. Caused more cholesterol and thyronorm. So taken rosuvastatin 20 mg and Fenofibrate 60 mg alternative days as per md physician advice. Observed more down lipid. Please refer attached report and guide. Should I continue rosuvastatin 10mg or paused some period advice me. Thank you. Ganesh  sonar

Dear sir, My father, Age 72 years is ILD patient, condition is stable with ILD medications. I recently found there are Varicose veins on his feet. Please see attached image. Is this normal or may cause any clot formation/DVT? Thank you for your suggestions. Regards

My right arm is paining a lot while moving my thumb or wrist or folding my elbow even after a week of angioplasty . Bruising and soreness is reduced but the pain on the spot where the catheter was inserted is still there . I am felling better when I am keeping my arm straight . Is this normal ?

My dad had mi 40 days back and underwent 3 stents for tvd ,he was fine but felt dizzy 2 weeks back so stopped nebicard2.5mg for 3days and continued half of 2.5mg under doc but after we went to second opinion so ther doc said to stop nebicard is it OK his bp now is 110/70 and hr is aroundv75 is hr 75 ok or nebicard half tab should be continued because before my dad hr was around 65

3 days ago, I lifted 20kg wait by left hand just awaking up at mornig .. And middle of the night after mastarbation by left hand I feel burning sensation in my left chest... And next day i feel discomfort in hand.. I did ecg 3 times... And ecg report is normal.. I did trop t test... Trop t test was negative. But still have discomfort in left hand and  left chest... And feeling some left jaw discomfort from today... Is it heart attack?? I started to take vitamin b12, Nortipan m, and zerodol p tablet.. I am 25 years old..
