Due to cardiac anxiety I went to check my self and in echo report there is tricuspid valve thickening occurs...is this normal or something else And one more thing how much chance of RHD ...Cause I have read that at young age it can be RHD

My resting heart pulse rate is 80 but due anxiety it rises Pulse 101 PR 137 QRSD 100 QT 354 QTC 459 Axis P 61 QRS 14 T 35

Im taking amlovas with Ecosprin 75 Im undergoing treatment of multiple myeloma with pomalid dexamethasone and endoxan I'm having regular high BP above 180  should I need to change my medicine.

My dad is 58 yr old he had mi and 3 stents last month his bp is 110/70or 106/65 it been there from many days ,but from 2 days he is feeling mild dizzy and bp is lowb100/60 to 99/56 mmhg ,hr is 60-65bpm is it due to nebicard 2.5mg he is taking once in morning and on aspirin and tab brillinta ,statins he started recently cpap also for osa pls tell me is this bp OK or concerning

Instead of single clopidogrel 300mg and aspirin 300 mg orally in emergency during mi,can a person take 4 tablets of the same 75mg each

So in the past week i had checked my BP twice and it was 120/78 in the past I have had panic attacks due to heart related anxiety and my bp shoot to 150-160/90-100 , yesterday the same thing happened in the evening i was having a slight head pain I checked bp it was 140/88 I panicked and started checking again and again and suddenly it showed 177/105 i measured it sitting. My father to be safe gave me a bp medicine and within 5 minuted I calmed myself bp started decreasing. And at night it was 122/78 again. Recently got my echo and TMT done it was very normal.

Hello Doctor, My husband age 39, has cholesterol 268, he has smoking and drinking habbits, no sugar, no bp, no hereditary heart or any disease, working in IT, Do we need to do any other testing, or treatment ? In 2016, it was 196 In 2019, it was 137. Please suggest.

I am facing few episodes of palpitations and I have done echo, ECG, TMT , 48 Holter all are fine. But last night same happened I did ECG but get longitudinal left axis deviation my doctor General physician told ECG is normal but it makes me anxious. please check ECG and help me. Am having a right and middle chest pain...bone pain and not able to sleep due to it. Pain for the chest is also on the back side . When I walk for little I feel shortness of breath and heart beat very fast.

My mother is having symptoms of edema in feet and hands since 7-8 months so we did ecg,echo,kft,lft,cbc Kft,lft,cbc is normal Ecg sometimes says t wave non specific abnormality and sometimes everything normal Main reason to worry is edema around toes of feet and lateral side of ankles in both feet and fingers of hands Are details sufficient in this echo to rule out heart failure or certain parameters are missing like E/e' and all ? Tell which parameters should be taken we will get them now. Is HFpef still possible with this ??
