My ECG Show Sinus Bradycardia with Sinus Arrhythmia and Early Repolarization My BP 108/74 Blood Sugar fasting 95, PP 102 Is any abnormalities in my ECG I'm attaching my ecg Report please answer ..

Im 26yrs old, I have hypertension for 6 yrs, im using Telmisartan 40mg daily, since 15days I have Needle like chest pain ,Ecg,echo, treadmill are normal.

I have 3rd grade fatty liver and triglycerides but sometimes I suddenly get pricking like pain in heart that stays for seconds and it comes n goes. Even though i did ECG and heart ultrasound and Everything related to heart was normal. But why this sudden sharpness like pain? The medicines that doctors prescribed are Rosuvas f10 , ursodeoxycholic acid tablet and e-zex softgel capsule . I am on strict diet not eating white rice oil processed food meat etc. but at night whenever i sleep i feel the pain in heart and it doesn't happen everyday but sometimes.

My father have two blocked heart vessels as 80 and 90 percent. He wants a treatment without bypass surgery. He loses the health day by day.
