I am approaching you for annual cardio check up for my father. He has undergone Angioplasty in October 2021. Pls advise whether medicine is to be continued.

I have anxiety for past 3 month in which one day mujhe ghabrahat hui and i was stress my pulse rate slowly increase like first 120,than 140 than to 170 and slowly get down and after 2 month that also I am in stress but when it happen I am in not stress at that point my pulse rate increase all of sudden to 190 and 2-3 minutes get normal before second episode happen i constantly studying of psvt kahi mujhe psvt toh nahi hai mai Roz dar gaya tha and i splash cold water and Deep breathing my echo and ECG normal,ECG Done not at time of palpitations is it anxiety induce or psvt

I'm 22 years old University student. Since my 11th and 12th, I had a sedentary lifestyle after leaving home. Preference for junk food, less sleep, bad food habits, stress and barely any physical activity. Few years back, my blood pressure was 160/110. Blood checkup were done, everything was fine. As well as tests related to thyroid, renal, kidney and liver returned back fine too. Doctor said it's mostly because of my lifestyle and stress. I took medications, blood pressure reduced to normal, but then, for year or two now, I have left medication. My blood pressure is high now, systolic being in the range of 130-140 sometimes, to diastolic being in 90-100 or 110. Should I go for a full body checkup, or cholesterol, diabetes, etc?

I have mechanical tricuspid valve and want to know that I have read skin infection also lead to endocarditis...and I develop acne on my face regularly due to oily skin...is it concern of the infection or can leave... please guide

My ldl level is 130 and total cholesterl 195 mg/dl so i need to worried or not please tell me diet also
