My ECG diagnosis information says that I have sinus Rhythm with Short PR interval. What does it mean? Is it a serious condition? Please enlighten me through.

Hello sir... I have been facing some gastric and acidity since past 2 months but by changing some diet i had controlled it a lot But past some days i feel a bit discomfort in my heart once i got a little pain that actually was something is pinching my heart from yesterday I'm having pain in my left shoulder that continues till my fingers my shoulder hurt when I'm raising my hand fully and once i got pain in underarm and near breat sometimes i get headache it feels its on left side of the head tht continues till ear... Is this something related to heart or i should connect to physican

Hi husband was on concur 1.25 due to previous history of bigeminy without any symptoms. He goes to regular check up, his ecgs were normal. But today ecg showed above findings. Are they dangerous and can go away with medication?
