Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm an anxiety patient foe the past 3 years and also hoing through a little bit on alcohol dependency. I take a medicine called etilaam pro (etizolam 0.5+ propranolol 20mg) twice a day which helps me with my anxiety. Recently I noticed that whenever I drink alcohol my heartrate goes upto 120 and i got kind of scared. Met a cardiologist and he performed all my tests such as ECG, Streas Echo, CT calcium scoring, everything came in normal. He told me that on the days when you drink, rather than taking etilaam pro in the evening take 40mg plain propranolol 2 hours prior to drinking and it will help you with your heartrate.I tried it and it actually worked, it kept my heartrate below 90 for the whole session without any complications but i'm doubtful if i should do this again or not. So I really wanted to know if taking 20-40mg propranolol before or after drinking alcohol safe?

Its been more than two years I have splinter hemmorages and heart murmur after completing my tb tretment. That time echo was done two times nothing comes out. CBC also normal. But after two years still i am having splinter hemmorages on nails which comes and go and heart murmur. Do i have endocarditis. Do i have endocarditis for more than two years ?

I was diagnosed with Mild AML Tip prolapse with Trivial MR. I was prescribed ciplar 10 and Ivables 5mg for 45 days. After 45 days, now I am stopped medications for 10 days. In these 10 days, After waking up in morning, My resting heart rate is 80 to 90bpm, also while going to sleep in the night its around 90bpm to 100bpm. But during the afternoon when I was working in office, I measured the heart rate goes up to 120bpm sometimes, while just standing. Is is normal to have these fluctuations? For lowering my heart rate, Can I take ciplar 10mg everyday safely without any side effects. Should I keep taking medicines continuously to keep the prolapse stable?

Sir on 20th March i have done 24 holter monitoring but at that time i have taken Ciplar la 20 Beta anxit 20 ( Alprazolam and Propranolol 20 mg) And petril md 0.25 in night ( Clonazepam ) For anxiety and it was prescribe by my cardiologist because my ecg says Sinus tachycardia... So i have to do another holter test. Does medication affect my holter result Sir i have attached my holter report summary

I have done echo in 2021 which shown mild tricuspid regurgitation...doc said it is normal. After that I change my life style eat clean , exercise, yoga n all... After 3 months I repeat echo..than it shown trivial tr but with thickening.. My confusion is that in my echo thickening is mentioned in tricuspid valve morphology section but in final result only trivial tr mentioned.. Can it is a mistake by echo technician, or it is right. I attach second echo where thickening mentioned in morphology but not in final result .

Plz check the report .is pregnancy is safe or not.i have grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, trivial mr/tr.minimal pericardial effusion.plz check the report

Sir this is my holter monitor..but i have concerned ... I m diagnosed with Sinus tachycardia as per ecg ... And echo is normal cbc is normal thyroid profile is normal so doctor prescribe me ... So i m concern does it alter my result of holter monitor
