Sir this is my holter monitor..but i have concerned ... I m diagnosed with Sinus tachycardia as per ecg ... And echo is normal cbc is normal thyroid profile is normal so doctor prescribe me ... Ciplar la 20 Beta anxit 20 ( propranolol 20mg + Alprazolam 0.25mg) And petril md 0.25 mg ( clonazepam) So i have taken that medicine at the same day doctor Perform holter test .. So i m concern does it alter my result of holter monitor

Hello sir I was having shortness of breath so I went to doctor was having gas problem also acid reflux then doctor said to do echo I done In that AMl thicked and enlarged grade 1 MVP noted And Trival MR Trival TR and AR noted. Dear Sis/Ma'am's, Today I went to the doctor for Gastric Problem as I was having stomach pain & Belching With Sour breaths with little stinging type pain in chest & back. Doctor suggested a precautionary ECG and after obtaining ECG it was showing Sinus Tachycardia, 743 INFERIOR MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION & 741 Q Abnormality (Lateral). The Doctor said everything is fine & gave medicine for pain & gastric issue but I am suffering from Anxiety & Fear since it was my first time doing ECG & I checked on internet & it further scared me. Please help me in this situation. Attaching photo of ECG. Please if anyone can help & guide what can be done further as I am getting very tensed & due to that I am having fast heart rate and getting more anxious.
