On 21st dec 2021 my echo shows Septal wall thickness - 11mm Posterior wall - 10 mm No LVH Now on 29th April 2025 Septal wall thickness - 14 mm Posterior wall - 13 mm mild concentric LVH shows is this serious... i am a anxiety patient since 4 years...bp - 132/92 last check...not regular checking How to differentiate this rapid progression in LV wall from hypertensive or HCM I attach both echo

In my 23 weeks fetal echo scan report shows 2.7mm of narrowed LVOT with rest structure and function of heart is absolutely normal but doctor told to follow up scan after 4 weeks, is there any problem please suggest

I have discomfort and mild pain in my left side chest almost everytime since the last few years. Ecg, eco reports normal, tmt (2019) came positive,followed by CAG Comes normal, no blocks whatsoever..again did a ct cag in 2023 novebember came out normal once again, zero calcium score, no blockage in coronary arteries with good blood flow. But pain & discomfort  didnt go away, now i did another tmt which again shows strongly positive, alongwith a normal CAG again in 2024. Lipid profile reports are ok. What to do?

Sir my age is 42 years. I got a lipid test done which showed trigylciride 300. The doctor did an echo and ECG. The ECG was clean but please check the echo and tell me if it is normal.

My age is 24, (No addiction of alcohol and smoking) One day I was going to another city to give an exam, so I was walking  and going to the train station. As I reached the station, suddenly I felt a shock in my chest and it felt as if my heart was stopping but there was no pain,  my hands and legs gets  started trembling, but after some time it became normal, then after a month I was sitting free and suddenly this thing happened, before this all I also having some other symptoms like sudden feel choking during eating food , breathing problem in deep breath but this will happen . I had ECG, 2D ECHO, ULTRASOUND , CHEST XRAY, CBC, LFT, RFT, THYROID, LIPID PROFILE, ELECTROLYTES TEST, ENDOSCOPY, HBSAG , HIV, HEPATITIS (B and C) all are normal, I consult with 2 CARDIOLOGIST (MBBS MD DM), ENT SURGEON ( MBBS MS) , 2 PULMONOLOGIST ( MBBS MD) , UROLOGIST ( MBBS MS) they says nothing to worry all are normal ,  then why did this happen to me, please reply what  actually is this?

Iam taking CIPLAR LA 20 for anxiety from long time. I want to go for TMT test. Do i need to discontinue CIPLAR LA 20 before having TMT. If yes, how many days before i need to stop. Kindly advise.

4 years ago in my echo there is no LVh shows Septal wall thickness - 11mm Posterior - 10 mm After 4 years mild concentric LVH occur Septal - 14 mm Posterior - 13 mm 4 years cardiac anxiety Bp 132/92 last check at echo centre Hb - 84bpm there are two causes of this Hypertension and HCM mainly, and I m not athletic. my concern is how to confirm this whether it is Hypertensive or related to HCM ... Please guide My echo is below

Instead of single clopidogrel 300mg and aspirin 300 mg orally in emergency during mi,can a person take 4 tablets of the same 75mg each
