  4. Chest pain and cough. Should i do now?

Hello Dr. My son is 4.5 years old. He is very naughty and playful. Today he was riding in the back seat of his elder sister's bicycle. After getting down he said that he was having pain in his chest and heart. After some time he got better for about 20 minutes. Why did this happen? What should I do now? He has been having mild cough and cold for the last 4-5 days.

Hi. Since he is a child, better to physically examine him and come to a conclusion rather than assumption in this platform. It could be related to cough also. But better to confirm by examination physically before assuming anything.
