CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAM
I am having chest tightness and mild burning and pain sensation on left chest. Went through ecg 2d ècho both are normal. I had ACL reconstruction surgery 6 mnths back and since then very limited movement. Hence my LDL is now 126. Went to cardiologist, since i cant go for TMT suggested me to go through CT angio. I got it done. Report came as Calcium score is zero and no CAD. But it is also mentioned that "Proximal LAD: Soft plaque causing minimal stenosis (5%-10%)." Do we need medications for it? I am 33 yrs male. Pls advice. Attached report for the same.
