Burning sensation on chest, back, armpit

Having burning sensation as mentioned above, also itching feeling on the centre of chest. Feels heat like sensation on back. Its been about 15 days.

Burning or itching sensation does not indicate any heart disease it can very well be due to gastritis or skin infection or allergies So if you have any skin lessons or rashes when you need to show them to a doctor or dermatologist if not then take an antacid twice a day for 7 days & maybe you'll get relief
