I have a history of anxiety. On Monday night, when I was about to sleep, my heartbeat suddenly increased and I felt uneasy. When I checked on the oximeter, my pulse was between 130–145.
I immediately took Ciplar 10 to calm down. After 10 minutes, it was still above 120.
I went to a nearby hospital where my BP was 160/100. ECG was normal.
The next day, I consulted a cardiologist. He said it was a panic attack. However, I am still unsure why this is happening, since I don’t have much stress.
For the last few weeks, I’ve been feeling fatigue, fear, and being scared, which seems to increase my anxiety. I always fear that I might have heart problems, because the symptoms of anxiety and heart issues feel very similar.
I also did a 2D Echo on June 29, which came normal.
Attaching latest ECG and medications for review. Please guide.
