Problem in chest during sleep at night
When sleep starts, daily i feel like suffocation and pressure in chest area. At that time i measure my BP, it is 126/83 which is normal. Also my ECG and 2D Echo reports are normal. Then what can be the problem that i face daily at night when sleep starts. Please suggest solution.

You need to do BNP and sleep study to rule out obstructive sleep apnea. OSA is more likely if you are obese. Also need to evaluate for Gastro esophageal reflux disease .
