I'm suffering daily left chest pain more at rest not comes pain in walking Im daily walked 2 km but pain not comes ...in two years so many heart test done like ecg, echo, tmt , ct angio, lipid all are normal why comes long years left chest pain plzz help me doctors

If all r normal then it can be gas related issues or muscular . Consult a gastroenterologist
