Blockage in D1 artery
Hospitalised to ICU for high heart rate and 3 ECGs were normal. 2d echo was normal. Multiple BPs were normal. Negative trop i test. CT coronary angiography results were "D1 shows 30-40% ostial stenosis" still have mild chest discomfort and elevated heart rate when standing up. Discharged from hospital in 2 days. Doctor prescribed aspirin and statins. Need second opinion on what could be the next course of action. Thanks
