Chest pain COMES GOES and MUSCLE TWITCH
From past few days i feel sudden muscle twitch in my left side of chest which are painless comes and goes sometimes once daily or sometimes after 2 days but overall i feel heavy in my left side of chest i did my ecg it came out normal and performed 2D echo 10 months back went to cardiologist he checked ecg and said its fine but along with this i have loss of appetite from many days my sleep gets disrupted in 2/3 hours and then m unable to sleep can anyone please advise what to do next visited many doctors nobody is able to diagnose read about coronary arteries spasm can this be that really bothered please help
