Heart Problems & Remedies

I was having some tingling sensation and little bit of pain in the chest area mostly upper chest. I did ECG which is attached. Please doctor check my report.

I went angioplasty two times, once in 2023 and the next one in Feb 2025. For the last 10 days I've been experiencing left hand pain which goes on and off for a couple of minutes every day. Can any one please tell me what could be the reason?

Hello doc, My dad is k/c/o Htn,dm since 17 years And k/c/o unstable angina and double coronary artery disease since 4 years . We had got his angiography done and results were 75% block and 50% block in LAD and Right coronary artery. No stents procedure done. He is currently on medications Recently he is having a lot of stress and gastric problems. Yesterday he had chest pain that lasted for 4 to 5 mins at around 8pm yesterday before which he did walking of 3 km normally. It was not associated with breathing difficulties,diaphoresis. Today he got ecg done and everything seems normal.. The general practitioner near my home told it was coz of musculoskeletal issue or gastric issue. Now my concern is should I consult him for cardiologist and get angiography,2d echo is necessary? Is there a risk of this problem?

I am 29 year working in IT,I am getting BP around 140/90 ..what it means ...what to do now... sometime I will get pain in left harm..

Doctor just for reassurance, this has nothing to do with my heart? We see so many news these days, that someone just died of heart attack while on stage, playing, etc etc. all of a sudden, so i am just stressed. I have no knowledge about this, hence asking you, are these really sudden or buildup over time. As i have got all the tests done and all are normal, except for cholesterol which is just slightly high, very minimal, but i have never had it before. No other existing diseases as well. Hence i reached out to you, to understand that, how do heart problems occur, how long does it take to buildup and then show, and if there is anything like a sudden heart attack to a person who has healthy heart

Hello, I am a working as a teacher. I am 24years unmarried. I am facing sudden tics when I shout and very much pain in left shoulder. And in my family my mother grandfather and also aunt have faced heart problem and they are expired. Is their any necessity to take any heart related tests for me ??
