Doctor Consultation Note Patient History: - In 2021, patient had a heart attack and underwent angioplasty (stent placement). - Since then, patient has been taking Clopidogrel (Clopid) 75 mg twice daily (total 150 mg). - Recent CBC report shows platelet count of 130,000/μL (mild thrombocytopenia). Consultation Questions: 1. Since it's been more than 3 years post-angioplasty, can the Clopidogrel dose be reduced to 75 mg once daily? 2. Is the low platelet count related to long-term Clopidogrel use? 3. Should any monitoring (like platelet function test or repeat CBC) or medicine change be considered? Note: No active bleeding, bruising, or other bleeding symptoms at present. Requesting your advice regarding dose adjustment or further tests.

I have done ecg echo tmt all reports are normal but tmt my peak hr is 190 and bp baseline 120 and peak 142 exercise time 9 min is this normal???

Hi doc , i had slight pain in the center of my chest and also back pain.but last day pain was severe. i was sacred and heart beat was hearing. So I did my ecg in clinic . Doc said reports are normal but some references are shown . Can you suggest plzz wat are those ??

Last month I took a full body checkup and in all that I could see two things one was high cholesterol and in ECG it says sinus tachycardia. Is it something to be concerned of? Attached the result as well

Hi Doctor, My father is facing swelling in both legs(Foot) from last 10 days. Legs used to be swell most when he worked and when he rest, it decreased but not cured. Hi, I was diagnosed with mild CAD  in 2016 and have  cholesterol, for this I am prescribed medications and using those regularly, but now I have some swelling in my feet and frequent urination. My blood sugars are normal (non diabetic) My drugs are. 1. RANCIL-10MG morning. 2. CLOPILET 75MG afternoon. 3. LIPIROSE 10MG night. Is there any problem with these tablets like side effects. Is there anything I want to change medications or go through any investigations.

My Mother is having low bp from the past few days like between 95-105/70-75. Went to a doctor he said everything is fine. Blood reports are ok only vitamin D is 7 and CRP was 9( she has RA). Took medicines of RA CRP now in control. She has very mild weakness but no other symptoms. BP sometimes goes up to 110/80 but stays below 100 specially during early morning. What can be the reason?? Pulse is generally between 80-85 and all reports CBC,LFT,KFT are fine. Pls answer asap

I have had a low BP for a few years, But this used to happen sometimes ... but for the past few days it has been happening daily ... like dizzy, weakness, feeling nausea and dizzy even after doing a little work ... unable to concentrate on studies too..it's affecting so much my daily routines.
