Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hello doctor, I am having chest pain frequently The doctor said many times due to acidity after taking ppi injection it will resolve but last week the doctor gave aspirin for 10 days without ordering ecg and other doctor said it is due acidity and gave ppi injection chest pain got reduced I have pain in the center of the chest and upper abdomen tight. Attaching ecg please review and let me know what I do. I am worried a lot. One thing whenever I go hospital my bo raise at home it stays like 115/73 or 120/70 on an avg but hospital it goes like 140/90.
