Microvascular angina
Diagnosed with microvascular angina and pots (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). Angiography shows clear vessels. My doctor has given me following medicines 1) inderal-la 20 mg bd 2) ranexa 500 bd 3) rosuvas cv 20 night 4) trimetazidine 80 mg od Now earlier for few months i was feeling better but sunce 1 month angina  symptoms are back Due to pots i cant tolerate most of medication Postural tachycardia Postural dizziness My bp = 108/70 Now my doctor wants me to increse dose of ranolazine 1000 mg twice a day. I am too scared. 1) is it safe to take ranolazine 1000 mg twice a day with pots/dysautonomia 2) is propranol good option in pots or need other beta blocker ?
