Can I have angina , even if my heart test like ecg, echo, x-ray,tmt all are normal but cholesterol ia high?

Yes; in some cases there can be angina even if there is no blockages in main vessel but some micro vessels have some blocks can produce angina

Hello,
Having angina with normal echo tmt is unlikely. You can have it in case of microvascular disease but that too unlikely at your age

Yes. But less incidence. The disease process can increase because of cholesterol. You need to control your cholesterol and regular interval heart check up.

Yes for few people even if angiogram normal still anginal symptoms may persist.
Yet if these reports Normal then no immediate threat to life.
