Angina like symptoms

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have all angina like symptoms. Also I had chest pain shortness of breath on walking left arm pain jaw pain Had ECG, echo,tmt which came normal.should I proceed further with investigation.

Check your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels they also cause a lot of musculoskeletal and neurogenic pains it is very common these days and should be ruled out first
