I am 37 male,often chest pain left arm pain,fainting,palpitation short of breath. my ETT,ECHO,ANGIOGRAPHY all results normal.what are the reasons for my symptoms

Can we just musculoskeletal pain or gastritis. Just take plain crocin & Pantocid twice a day . It is also possible that you are having vitamin deficiency which can cause radiculopathy and causes pain. Forget you need to get yourself a vitamin profile especially Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. If they are less then you need to take supplements for at least 2 months And will be fine
