Guidance for daily workout routine
Hello sir/madam, I am 29 year old male,I have cholesterol (tryglecrydes of 242, vldl cholesterol of 48 and hdl of 32 rest of all health is normal) and I have been doing daily brisk walking for 60 minutes for 145-155 steps per minute for all 7 days, 20 minutes at morning, 20 minutes 1 hour post lunch and dinner and also 20 minutes light paced walking after lunch and dinner and pushups, crunches, planks and cardio exercise like jumping jacks of 120 jumps and skipping like 200 jumps at evening per day for 5 days. So wanted to check if this routine is good for the heart health and all other organs or any increased risk of overstrain to the heart and other organs and also any short and long term heart problems or diseases or strokes and heart attacks as this routine needs heart to pump more blood while doing these intense workouts which I was thinking may be a strain to heart and the other organs? Could you please let me know on this routine if it is safe for all organs if done for years.
