Hi i went to the hospital fir palpitations and ecg showed possible lateral infarct age undetermined,i am scared is there any thing to worry my cardiac markers are normal after that,please advise

Please do an echo test followed by treadmill test if echo is normal.
If you have no such symptoms and both tests are normal then you don't have to worry.
