Anterior infarct, age undetermined  ECG
I had left arm sensitiveness , upper back discomfort with bit of breathing trouble since yesterday and did an ecg. ECG mentions anterior infarct, age undetermined and abnormal ECG. I have bit of breathing issue from past one year and my left arm also becomes sensitive due to cold weather and AC. Please check the report.

Seeing this ecg,  can not say that you have infarct or any cardiac issue.  Further workup with TMT, 2D echo and physian visit  should be done.
