Anterior T-wave abnormality during ECG
Hello doctors,
Pre-employment medical screening ECG showed T-wave abnormality – anterior ischemia.
I have intermittent chest heaviness / tightness and palpitations with fast heartbeat on climbing stairs, with delayed recovery.
Occasionally feel pricking chest discomfort and anxiety/dehydration.
No history of diabetes, hypertension, or known heart disease. No significant family history.
Recent tests show urine pus cells (possible infection) and absolute eosinophil count ~743. Blood tests done today.
Kindly advise whether this ECG finding is significant at my age and what next evaluation (2D Echo ?is required
Or is it serous ???

T wave abnormality by itself can be nonspecific but since you have complaints of intermittent chest tightness and palpitations you should go for an online consultation and echocardiography if possible.
