Pain left chest from underarm to heart

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Hi, I am facing pain starting from near underarm towards heart. It hurts and gets better on own. Sometimes hurt while walking as well. Test done - 1) CT Angio - Feb 25 - calcium zero 2) Stress Echo - Jan 25- Normal Please suggest.
