Hi my brother has had stomach discomfort for the last three months, doctor suggested some diet modification and tablets, while he was on medication now he started with blood stool, every stool he passes is with blood clots and black in colour since last three days doctor has suggested some test, proctoscopy was writing as no anal fissure, dilated mucosa at 5 o'clock position, blood and USG report is attached here , kindly suggest the best diagnosis, his LDG level is 179, his CBC was absolutely normal just two months back.

Hello dr i have done fissuretomy surgery its been a week i m taking lexative but after bowel movement i feel pain discomfort and stool come in size bulky not as soft smoothy i drink lots of water and fiber diet and sitz bath 4 time day

Yesterday my stool came rock hard. It was so hard that i had to use my fingers (with gloves) to take it out. It happened due to the medicine i took for nausea. Today stool came very soft but with pain and blood. So chemist gave me this ointment for that wound which happened inside the anus. Is it ok to use?

What to do when fissure again happens even after laser lis surgery ? Wanted to know next course of action in medical? Again surgery of cutting internal spinchter?

I have been having pain in right side groin which radiates down to testicle and leg. This is there from few years. In a recent ultrasound scan it was reported that bilateral small inguinal hernia defect 13mm with omentocele only at valsalva. Does this need surgery? If yes can this wait? Hello doctors... I got Hemmorrhoidectumy surgery 10 days back.. Please suggest me food to take. Can i eat normal rice. Can i use Rava, egg, small amount of chilli, ghee, small amount of oil to in my daily food.
