Hello I have some issue within 2 month I got mild pain in back of head some time it's comes on left and some time it's on right top corner of head it's feel like rotating head please let me know if any thing serious

My left side face fat was naturally reduced as compared to the right side face . My left side eye lid n cheek area fat was reduced all by naturally. I'm just 28 years old now .What should I do . Why this happened.at 1st my left eyelid fat was reduced after that my left side cheek area fat reduced. What is the reason for this n to which department doctor should I have to visit

I have undergone Fissurectomy and Sphincteretomy surgery 3 weeks back , Now there is a puss discharge coming from the Sphicteretomy wound Doctor has checked and asked to take antibiotics for 5 days and if still issue there then will check in OT under anethesia. Is it some dressing which will be done or any cut they will be doing? Is it necessary to go to OT for this also why the wound is not healing after 1 month? Really worried again the same pain and trauma

I have light swelling at the back of my skull.. I feel it when I touch but not lump on redness visible.. I had consulted neurologist and I was suggested not to worry after physical examination. It's a been two weeks but swelling has not gone away.. I can feel when I touch the bone.. it's hard and feels like bone and no pain.. it's on occipital bone towards right side .. left side bone is normal to touch but right side feels little bigger Which doctor should I further consult and any test to be done ??
