I feel lumps in my anus since 2 weeks and I feel loss of appetite and also constipation,I m so much of worried kindly help me sir,My bowel habits changes,Tell me sir what can be the reason m so worried

Hi, my anus itches a lot during day time. The intensity increases during walk, now it is itching while sitting also. I am diabetic, 40 year old male. I am using luliconazole 1% once in a day, initially it gave the relief but now it is of no use. Kindly guide what to do? Kindly suggest any better ointment or pill available OTC.

Hi Docs Can you check the attached image and confirm if it is a case of umbilical hernia? I'm very obese and currently on weight loss regime but this condition started occurring before I started workout. Should I lose weight for a year and then get the treatment say after 4-5 months? Hi Dr,  my father (64) had his hernia laparoscopic surgery both sides last year dec. Initially there was lil swelling which dr also mentioned it will subside in few weeks. Past 9 months now there is abdominal/stomach swelling n visible more we feel.. Is this normal? 1. How long does it take to heal or swelling to subside? 2. Possible cause for the swelling ? I am 34 old male ,I am underwent Hemorrhoid ( Piles) operation last 1.5 month ago. I want to know that can i use Meghaheal Ointment for healing piles surgery wound or should we go with Crema Gel ( Dilitiazem Hydrochoride Gel 2 % ). Almost 1.5 month is passed after surgery how many days should we used Meghaheal.
