Laser fissurectomy
I have undergone laser fissurectomy a week ago. My pain levels are still quite high after motion Passage. My stool is soft but bulky and empties very fast. Could that be the reason for the pain aggravation?

After a fissurectomy, the healing area is still sensitive, and any pressure or movement during bowel evacuation can cause pain. The fast passage of bulky stools may cause additional strain on the anal sphincter, which can worsen pain post-surgery. There are ointments and tablets/syrups that help to alleviate your pain until healed
