When went to surgeon for follow up he said it has not healed so he performed laser treatment. But after that problem.aggrevated. Now there is frequent pain and blood stop. Again consulted 3 doctors 1 . suggested wait for 2 moths and only do dressing with betadine and sitz bath
2. Take Sitcom forte twice

Tight groin and inguinal hernia
I have been having little tightness in my groin area while passing urine and like something is pressing. Ultrasound of abdomen is normal except a small bilateral inguinal hernia with omentocele. I also have burning sensation in my groin area specially under belt area. Urine culture showed some possible infections and used antibiotics for the same. But still it is same. While passing urine also it is like causing little discomfort. Is this all because of inguinal hernia? Please advise
