Hey please suggest Its already 16 days I am taking amoxy 625 tds and zerodol sp I had RTA on road  and this wound didn't healed yet i removed the upper layer of it before 3 days and dressed it with betadine and now from yesterday i kept it open and applying mupirocin 2./ Slight blood was also coming from wound today what should I do to heal it faster and how much more days on antibiotics

Hi Dr,  my father (64) had his hernia laparoscopic surgery both sides last year dec. Initially there was lil swelling which dr also mentioned it will subside in few weeks. Past 9 months now there is abdominal/stomach swelling n visible more we feel.. Is this normal? 1. How long does it take to heal or swelling to subside? 2. Possible cause for the swelling ? I am 34 old male ,I am underwent Hemorrhoid ( Piles) operation last 1.5 month ago. I want to know that can i use Meghaheal Ointment for healing piles surgery wound or should we go with Crema Gel ( Dilitiazem Hydrochoride Gel 2 % ). I have an umbilical hernia now from 6 years since my first pregnancy and while I was getting the size of it checked during an ultrasound they found two gallstones as well. The size of the umbilical hernia is approximately 33.9 mm (transverse) x 23.3 mm (anteroposterior). The midline defect measures ~22.5 mm (craniocaudally) and 21.5 mm (transversely). The stone size is roughly 7 to 8 mm.  Now I may want to plan a second pregnancy in the future. I consulted a gynecologist and she mentioned that hernia is quite big and I should get it fixed urgently. She also routed me to a general surgeon and he mentioned that we should go for cholecystectomy and while he would be closing up during surgery he would stitch the hernia. Keeping the mesh surgery an option for future. Now I am having doubts whether the stitches will hold for that size of hernia. And although I think I do not have any more options but I also want to understand how suture closing Impact the future pregnancy.

My blood group is O+ and future wife blood group also the O+ , does any affect after the marriage for the planning baby?
