General Surgery

Yesterday my stool came rock hard. It was so hard that i had to use my fingers (with gloves) to take it out. It happened due to the medicine i took for nausea. Today stool came very soft but with pain and blood. So chemist gave me this ointment for that wound which happened inside the anus. Is it ok to use?

I have been having pain in right side groin which radiates down to testicle and leg. This is there from few years.
