Since you’re experiencing persistent wetness and odor around the anal area after the perianal swelling burst, it’s important to have a proper clinical examination. There could be a possibility of a fistula or a sinus, which needs to be ruled out. I’d recommend consulting a surgeon for a detailed evaluation and appropriate management.
