Perianal abscess
Hlo, sir. I have some discomfort on my hip back. it's paning a lot i last 2 days I consult a doctor today it is general surgeon and laparoscopic surgeon He checks and puts a finger and some type of liquid in my back and chexk it he say it was a perianal abscess  it has some paning in my back area and  He has given me some 3 medicines for 7 days 1 Linox 600 mg tablets 2 oflomac oz 3 chymorol plus tablet all tablet 2 time in a day morning and night ND ALSO, tell me to do hot salt water compress on that area Plz tell me ..is that medicine is OK I'm confused it has to do with hot salt water or only hot water compress on my back plz anyone in here clear it

If it's a peri anal abscess, it might have to be drained surgically. Better if u can share photos or visit in person.

Hey usually perianal abscess is an emergency it should be drained immediately otherwise chances of forming fistula are more . Well there will be some exceptional cases where we treat the abscess on conservative management . Hot compression should be done it can be hot water or hot salt water doesn’t matter
