Hi dr underwent laser fissure surgery ... it's been 15 days I am healing externally but internally I can sense some pain and swelling while pooping if I take any pain reliever for 2 days it will be fine ... again pain is recurring.... even taking stool softeners ? Any remedies

I had stapler surgery for piles 2 years ago. Now , pile related problem is gone, i am doing regular morning walk, running and gym without any problem. Can I do cycling for say 5-10 km or it should be avoided.
