Went fissure Lis surgery a year ago after that stool , fibre rich diet was going well..suddenly a new cut happened in anal..why it happened again ? as it was reassured that Lis will end fussure issue in future. What to do now..again Lis?

Every month I get headache bodyache fatigue and feverish feeling and all reports come negative only widal positive comes and sometimes weakly positive and Sgpt sgot high but I never get fever above 98.6 then I know nothing else except typhoid.as it has been going on from 4 years ...
