Likely fibroadenomas
Hi sir..am Meena..I have breast both side lumps is there... Right side..18*18 outer quadrant..another 8*6 uppar quadrant ..left side...10*6 outer quadrant. 11*7 mm uppar quadrant..- -skin and nipple are normal. Impression:well defined hypoechoic lesions in both breast as described above..likely fibroadenomas.. 1 week to seen here lumps..any problems...which suggests..any thing serious.. Plz tell me sir

It's common in reproductive age group but there is chance of malignancies if it's gaint one that is size increased more than 5cm diameter..so better get examined periodically...if ur age is more than 35yrs better get fnac and confirmation of lump.. In case of Fibroadenomas, Less than 3 cm , no need to operate unless symptomatic. You can try Tamoxifen therapy for this type of hormonal imbalance and aberration of normal development.
