Hi All, My zsr circumcision was done 16 days ago, but still no pin has fallen and the zsr ring is still there. My surgeon is not helpful. Please help

Dear sir, in have done a Stepler Circumcision 15 days ago , few day's after the surgery , there is Donut like shape circular ring is formed on the Pennice Shaft on the Silicon Ring , although Silicon Ring was fall off after 15 days but , this donut like circular shape is still present on the pennice shaft , is it normal sir , and when it will be okay sir. (I have attached photo for your reference sir) please tell me when it will be normal.
