He is diabetic patient.nd diagnosed with sepsis Doctors have done surgery .he was in i.c.u for 25 days .after they shifted to ward. After shifted to ward .my father go forgotten everything.always he feel drowsiness nd he will be sleeping always.he couldn't able sit or walk.nd He is not getting hungry.

I have done toenail removal surgery 50 days back. But still recovering from surgery. Still there is pain while walking. 3 weeks back I started cleaning it using water and stopped dressing. But after 3-4 days the site was infected. So started antibiotics as per Dr's prescription for a week. Still have some pain while walking. Last night I applied coconut oil to it and it started throbbing for 5 minutes.

I consulted all the specialities for the pain that I have in parasternal region due to presence of sternalis muscle. Recently I consulted thoracic surgeon and he strongly denied for the surgery because the pain might still persist even after surgery. He referred me to pain management experts.They have suggested me for nerve blocks for the sternalis pain under my breast. Are there any side effects of nerve blocks ?

Day 22 of ZSR circumcision All scab has fallen off the skin is reddish/pink The ring is still intact with the staples. How long more will it take for ring to come off?

Is radiofrequency ablation for varicose veins safe. My father-in-law is 70 yrs is a case of bilateral lower varicose veins planned for right lower limb radio frequency ablation with foam sclerotherapy+/- perforator ligation. My question is if the above treatment safe and ensure full recovery for 70 yrs old patient. Kindly advise.

Last October 2024 I started feeling discomfort in my anal while passing stool and after that discomfort in sitting on chair it persisted till 1 week nd then i consulted a doctor and he suggested that its piles issue he didn't physically examine he gave me 5 days antibiotic course nd some pain killers after that pain gone nd i felt a pimple on the topside of anal outside it was small then i told him that he said its normal after that he suggested me 2 months homeopathy medicine course some pilex ointment and tablet two times a day for two month i did the course but in between the course after 1 month the problem reoccured the pimple start paining while touching to apply cream nd passing stool become difficult and this time blood with stool then i again visited him he suggests to stop medicine homeopathy nd suggested me. to consult general surgeon i did nd describe him the issue he said its anal fissure nd give pilosoothe (calcium dobosilate cream)but still pimple issue persists afterall
