General Surgery

Its been a year to the laser fissure surgery, the fissure is not getting better. Taking all precautions like laxatives, sitz bath and applying cream also but no improvement. Visited the surgeon also but I don't see any hope. What could be the reason that it is not healing and what should be done in this situation?

I have an epididymal cyst (14.5×7mm) and want to get it treated with sclerotherapy (aspiration + sclerosing agent) instead of surgery. I am looking for a urologist experienced in this procedure. Please advise on availability, success rate, and recovery. Thanks!

Few months back I had severe swelling in right ankle for no reason and it caused severe pain as well. It was there for a week and after that it reduced. But it looks like my right leg is thicker than left one now. X ray was normal and KFT, LFT are normal. I had uric acid problems and had pains in other joints. Doppler scan of leg says Mildly prominent great saphenous vein in below knee region with incompetent Perforator in upper one third. Please advise what this could be and is this the reason for my leg appear little thick and did it cause swelling and pain once. I feel tightness in calf area of right leg sometimes. Please advise

Hi My mom had open appendectomy one week before and today completes one week but she still has pain in the operated area as same as the 1st day of the surgery. Is it normal? Or if there are any complications? How long does the pain take to reduce? Thanks

Hi, i had been detected with gall stones and went through Lap Choly Surgery on 23 Feb 2025, presently on rest. When can i resume  riding my motorcycle (self starter) and driving Car in city. And also can start physical light exercise,yoga and other active activities and when can i use indian sytle potty pan, so that i dont have a chance of after surgery complications like Hernia and others. Kindly advice.
