As per your complaints tis looks like a ' SECONDARY PROCTITIS",
1st of all I like to confirm your primary disease it self .
As most of the patients apprehend about surgey, they used to choose alternative medicines. They are misdiagnosing without proper examination
First confirm tis Piles or Fissure in Ano.
Difficulty in passing stool ( tight stool), pain or burning sensation after defecation ( lasts for 5minute to 5 hours, aggravated on sitting/ travelling , may or may not be associated with bleeding - your disease is 'Fissure in Ano', Neglected or improperly treated fissure may go for proctitis
Bleeding is the first complaint with or without visible pinkish swelling near anal region during defecation ( passing stool), with or without little bit of pain - your disease may be Haemorrhoids ( piles)
""NOW IN OUR SIDE MOST COMMON PERIANAL PROBLEMS DUE TO DIETARY & WATER CONSUMPTION TACTOR IS " FISSURE IN ANO" ( RATHER THAN PILES) UNLESS OTHERWISE CONFIRMED"
You may require proper per rectal examination and proceed
