This is image of my anal opening. Wht is this white pinkish thing on top. It might be looking bulging but it is actually within the skin and is very painful to touch. Can it be piles. Or is it fissure. Wht should i do? It is there for very long time.

1.avoid spicy food
2.eat high fibre diet
3.sitz bath thrice a day(sitting in Luke warm water with both buttocks inside water) for atleast 15-20 mins per sitting
4. apply lignocaine jelly locally as and when required
5. syp lactulose 20 ml before sleeping in night( if constipation present)

Sup duphalac 3 tsp in the night before sleeping
This continue for 10 days
And if still u have not satisfied it better to get
Remove it
