If it doesn’t improve you cam go for sclerotherapy
In which inj of 5%phenol in almond oil is injected per rectally at the base of hemorrhoids resulting in shrinkage of piles
Both medicines are good you can use anyone of them
It only acts as a helping agent and will not cure 100%
It needs life style modification
