Have undergone cholecystectomy 3 years back, since then I am having this red and swollen scar in the upper stitched area..what should I do?

Operated for anal fissure through LIS a year ago,still sometimes after stool,anal burns. Checked with surgeon ,told no such new fissure and no anal stricture. Adviced to apply lignocaine. Why it keeps on persisting with burning sensation. Any solution??  Eating high fibre food.

I have a fissure problem I got operated last month on 25 jan 26 but still cut is there .kindly tell how many days it will take to heal the cut yeah cancer main change to nhi ho zaega na.i m attaching photo with it

Sir my son is 8 year old yesterday he tried to throw a stone on an street dog after that the dog chased and run behind my son after 1 min one uncle shout and then the dog stops and run in other direction I asked my son whether the dog bite you or not he told no dog did not bite actually and I asked uncle also wheather the dog bite my son he told dog was running very close to boy but did not bite so no bite my query is in this case do I need to give rabies vaccine to my son or no need please tell do my son need rabies vaccine in this case kindly tell exactly so that further steps should be taken

7-8 days ago my father felt pain  & inflammation in anus after defacation.but no bleeding.from that day he feels fain and inflammation after defacation in every day. The pain stays 4-5 hrs.. Is there any need to going through surgery or will it be cure only by medicine ?

Blackish greenish discharge before period.. sometimes in between also...on squeezing and under pressure only.. resolve after the period is over.. sometimes didn't happen till next period at all ... only in small amounts like tiny dots...no change in breast shape or colour... painkiller like Dolo even relieve condition..thin in consistency.. sometimes from both breast..
