So i have cogenital penile curvature am 27 years , idk the angle of curvature but the curve is downward and left ward , am scared af of surgery due to many followup problems , pls suggest me what to do , it seems surgery is inevitable , i want pain free non side effects surgery ( i know this is impossible but am so helpless and scared af )

I was suffering with perianal abscess.. and suddenly it blast and pus came out 2 week ago .. And a cut was there ... But now anal region is wet and smell also ...

Can you say me the cost of circumcision surgery, i need to know about it, i need to know this is safe or not!

Can anybody explain this report in very simple understandable way . And what should be the treatment options that can be considered to resolve this issue

I have ventral umbrical hernia surgery this month. I'm a mother of 4 kids. 1st kids 4yrs 1st pregnancy and triplets 2yrs 2nd pregnancy. My in-laws family is insisting to travel after 3 weeks of my surgery. I will be carrying the kids (any one in shift basis) in my husband's car. He will be driving. It's 10hrs travel. I have only 2 weeks help from my mom's end after surgery. Can I travel like that? My in-laws and husband needed to hear it from the doctor that I need rest and avoid travel. Pls advise

Viewing my X-ray report radiologist diagnosed it for Lumbosacral Transitional vertebrae disease, what should I do? Whom should I seek ? is medication/ exercises must ?

For last six months I have done CBC thrice. Hg - 13.5, RBC- 3.9 (Normocytic Normochromic), WBC - 6.5 (adequate), Platelet - 156000, ESR - 50. I have noticed that everytime RBC is between 3.8-4.0 but normal range is above 4.5. Platelet has reduced from 166000 to 156000. ESR is always between 40-50. WBC is always normal. I lost around 5-6 kgs in last 3-4 months, I was having oats for 1 month. I am having urine leakage problem during sleep and nocturia also leakage when changing position throughout the day. USG,RE and Culture, normal. Uroflow shows 9.6/6 reduced flow, doctor gave Mirago. Can this be due to overactive bladder? Last week I also had a sore throat, my parents also had it, it got resolved with Azithromycin 5 days,  since then I noticed a lump in my right neck which has no pain and not reducing in size. I am concerned if I need ny further investigation or which doctor should I visit? Is my CBC a matter of concern, as my RBC is low and ESR high and platelet borderline fr 6months

I had severe anal pain past 1 month and they diagnosed as perianal abscess through CT scan and had a surgery to incision and drainage the abscess.. it’s been 10 days and Iam feeling better slowly . Surgery wound kept open and I had some discharge occasionally. But pain is reduced a lot . Suddenly after 10 days of betterment , I had a pain and swelling near the surgery wound . Then after some hours there is white pus discharge from the wound site .. is this normal ? Or is it cause of something else to be worried .
