Did they do right surgery
Sigmoid volvulous with patchy mucosal erosion and congested subserosal and submucosal layers Also had messentric fat stranding and free fluid in abdomen and pelvis No perforration no necrosis They did perform colonoscopy at around night ,next day ct scan showed significant dilationof sigmoid colon with inverted appearance of gas and fluid.and it's shift to paramedian side Low albumin 2.2 Also had generalized anascara. Minimal bibalesttic changes in lungs with minimal pleural effusion in lower part of lungs They graded asa 4 I have a photo or resected part, it was dilated but It looked kinda pink-reddish ,and the bottom part kind of light gray She had sepsis from 4 th day of operation,so we are rethinking that we did major operation on her I personally think resection wasn't necessary they should just have untwisted it as it was high risk. Alsothey did ileostomy because stoma was on her right side and had minor leak which was found in drain ,thereafter no fecal stained
