You need to improve Hb before going for surgery Hb Normal in adult man should be more than 12 U have your MCV,MCHC within normal limits it means it's not Chronic anaemia So u can correct Hb Retake the test If improved go for surgery
Next Steps
Consult ENT surgeon after improving Hb
Health Tips
If it's emergency or cause is to be addressed earlier..just try to arrange  blood ready for intra operative transfusion

i can see that your Hemoglobin level is somewhat low which can come with various risks depending on the type of surgery. Rhinoplasty is an elective surgery hence you can take your time and undergo treatment for ur low Hemoglobin ie supplements to boost it and then undergo surgery when feasible. Alternatively you can arrange blood bags pre-surgery which can be transfused if necessary intra or post operatively.
Next Steps
There are no proven natural methods to alter your nose's bone and cartilage structure to avoid rhinoplasty, but you can temporarily change its appearance through makeup contouring. Further to enhance overall facial aesthetics, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and hydration, gentle facial massages, and consistent exercise can improve skin firmness and reduce facial puffiness, but these will not change your nose's actual size or shape.
