Lump in upper arm
I am a 28-year-old female. I have had a lump in my upper arm for about 4 years. It moves when I move my hand and is not visible from the outside but can be felt under the skin. It is usually not painful, but it hurts a lot when I press it. I also feel the size has slightly increased over time.  I am worried if this could be something dangerous. Please help me.

As per your history findings..it's probably a Lipoma.. better get examined and after confirmation surgeon will plan procedure to remove the lump Examination of whole body to see similar swellings rest of body Lipoma is not harmful but increased sign or association with pain is red flag sign..immediately to be removed
Next Steps
if it is smaller size and local anaesthesia is given and mass is removed, send for Histopathological examination
