My FATHER had CKD, DM2, hypertension.also there is slow blood supply in both lower limbs. Now , a non healing ulcer with pus is seen at right toe in right leg. Is peripheral angiography is necessary for toe surgery? Can surgery be done without angiogram? He has been suffering from this since Jan 2025. And ulcer getting worse day by day. Please advise.

I am having anal fissure and I am undergoing treatment now I am also having sentinal tag for past three years now my consultant said that the sentinel tag will be cured but sometimes the sentinel tag is Shrinking and sometimes it came to the same size whether the anal fissure and the sentinal tag will be cured or not

I have got surgery done of Oral Cyst mucocele on my lower lips right side on 29th April. After anaesthesia, doctor said that the swelling will be gone after few hours. But as in the attached photo, swelling has not yet gone completely. As it can be seen in the photo, that the lower lips are uneven in size the left side of the lips in the photo are enlarged and the right side are normal. In how many days it will be completely normal? Also, the stitches has been opened i guess as i can feel through my tongue. These are dissolvable stitches. But it is very uncomfortable as i cant smile, laugh or eat properly. So, i want to remove this stitches, but what will be the healing time after stitches removal? Can everything become normal after stitches removal or I should wait to dissolve this stitches. As the stitch side is little painful. So i want to remove the stitches. But if stitches removal worsens the condition i am ok to wait for stitches to dissolve.

I have sternalis muscle(rare muscle detected by HRCT). It is causing sever pain under my right breast for last 4 years and lately it has started causing electric sensation all the time on my upper and middle back. Thoracic surgeon advised not to go for surgery as the pain may still persist after surgery. Pain management specialist says after steroi injections, there is no guarantee that the pain will disappear. General surgery says it is not in their scope. Can anyone advise which specialy deals with such cases.

Hello , Please let me know whether the lipoma has to be removed as it's painful. And if yes, then how long is the recovery time and how long I have to stay at hospital as I also have to take inflimab iv infusion for sarcoidosis. Thank you
